Loretta is a 40-year nail technician veteran who still loves doing nail art. Now teaching men and women the Art of Nail Technology at A+ Nail School, she found herself wanting to teach people her craft so they can become independent and earn a better income in the nail industry as licensed nail technicians.

I have been a licensed Nail technician for over 30 years, and a licensed Nail Instructor for over 10 years, I like to keep both licenses maintained. Nails have been my true passion in life. I have never enjoyed anything better than creating beautiful nail enhancement, with art, and the true joy of teaching others the art of Nails and giving as much knowledge as possible to those who want to learn this craft, I have done it all. Salon owner of 2 nail salons, a competitor in nail shows, a nail tech, and now a teacher. For me, teaching is the ultimate level in my career, I have worked in a few nail schools but I truly was not happy. Until I met Eunice Mun, her dream of creating a nail school with the combination of years of all her staff experience, knowledge, and skill factors, from staff to help create one of the most advanced nail schools in Illinois. A Plus Nail School is my work home and here I will stay, as a Teacher, I always keep myself active in learning new products, attending classes, and nail shows, and always practicing my skills. The more I know my students will know, that I love doing nails sometimes in my creations I even surprise myself as to what I can do, and always remember in the nail world, “Knowledge is power”
